Any countries which falls out of the above mentioned list is ineligible for diversity visa program. To come into this program, applicants are obliged to have been born in a qualified country. If chosen, to be eligible for this immigrant visa, the applicants must have finished at least a high school education or should have at least two years of work experience in a profession which needs at least two other years of training or should have taken skill related courses.
The applicants should also convince general immigration necessities. For instance, means of support while in the United State of America, no criminal background in home country, and should have good health with no serious transferrable disease.
