Rice is called ‘Bhat’ (भात) in Nepali language. Nepalis are fond of Rice (Bhat). This is a quick and easy recipe of instant rice fried with onion and green. This is delicious – vibrant with spices. Khichadi is normally made of rice and pulses and is easily digestible. Vegetable khichdi, a simple recipe for preparing the popular rice and lentil based recipe called khichadi, is very famous in many countries. Of course, it is very famous in Nepal too.
