Such as they have clearly mentioned that parents have to pay the monthly fees by the 20th of each month according to the English Calendar. There’s no reduction in Tuition or Bus fees for absence or broken periods. And if the fees are not paid for two months, then the student is withdrawn.

Those students coming from the middle and lower socioeconomic background clearly cannot afford to pay for the education of this college. It also puts a lot of pressure on the parents who are commonly job holders and have to wait for the 1st of the month.

Every year, thousands of students give an entrance exam just to admit in this college. It is one of the best +2 colleges in Nepal ever since it got established in 1988 under the Nepal Jesus Society. Located at Maitighar in Kathmandu, St. Xavier college is an educational institution in Nepal that has been operating by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) since 1988. It provides high school courses (grades 11 and 12) through the Cambridge A-levels and 10+2 programmes.

It also provides a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in natural science, business, social science, and humanities. The college is dedicated to excellence, leadership, and service. It has been affiliated with Higher Secondary Education Board, Cambridge University, Kathmandu University, and Tribhuvan University.

The college has 31 years of experience in providing excellent Education to the students of Nepal has a long history of its establishment. The Jesuits started their educational work in Kathmandu in 1951. Initially, only the evening classes for the intermediate level of science were operated from the premises of its school St. Xavier’s located in Jawalakhel.

Later it shifted to its own building at Mati Ghar in 1993. The college under T. U. Provided only intermediate in science for eight years.
