There are many festivals held in one year celebrated by the related community that may be Muslim or Hindu. The cultural exchange is also practiced in the person if there are good friendship and relationship conducted between two community. There many Muslims who feeds the Hindu people in their festivals like Ramzan and Id. Similarly, the Hindu also feed the festival gifts to the Muslim people. These all speaks about the nonracism of the people that is kept and adopted by the mind of Nepalese.
Both of the community looks very happy and cheerful by sharing their own friendship and tranquility. Muslims also express their warm and bright wishes to their Hindu friends and Hindu also wishes their bright wishes to their Muslims friends and relatives. So we can also know all these are the variables that describe there is no existence of racist. Muslims are very much active and Hindu are also always active to constants and durables the bonds of relationship for a long time.
Offices and organizational staffs coordination and cooperation:
There is much organization operating their services throughout the country with their personal and specification motto and target from urban to rural. If we see in all those organizations, the employees are not of all the same castes and community. The staffs are admitted from every castes and community for the betterment and promotion of organization. If the organization holds all the language and caste people as the staff, then there brings the easiness and comfortable for the transaction and moment in smooth direction without facing any social threat and external threat.
The many banks and much nongovernmental organization have admitted the staffs of all the community for the feeling of equality. If there exist the staffs of all the community then the behavior is equally done and mannered. Person of different society have a different attitude toward the work but it depends upon the organization structure to mobilizes and active it. The structural platforms also describe and differentiate the difference in performance.
The platform of performance is only moving up and in rapid if the organization has adopted the specific cultural and system and the management is moving on it. Mostly in the context of Nepal, there seems that many of the organization is running without the better management and it is why the organization can’t run or operated for even ten years. They are in closing lines due to the lack of adoption and admitting the strict and legal management system to formulate all the works inefficient and legal manner. if we talk about the governmental prospectus, the government have distinguished all the people for Nepal according to their castes and community and the vacancy is also announced according to the number of community and people.
The governmental offices have the strict law to admit the manpower from all the cases it also shows the nonracism. Moreover, the noun- governmental organization have also made the rule to admit the staff’s accordance to the governmental procedure. The Nepal is the country of Multilanguage, multi castes and multi-religion country where the people of every caste live and survive by doing their own business and engaged in their own occupation. And in every part, there lives different community. For expansion of the business or any banks, they need local for the better transaction of the business.
