Poem About Dashain in Nepali

(Dashainko Mahima)

Dashain aayo, aanandko parva aayo,

Jamarako hariyopaat, godhooli chhayama,
Saj singar chha Devi Durgako mandirma.

Asoj kaattik ko maas chandramama,
Sana naniharu sunaileko rangma.
Mitho khanako parikaharoo tharithari chha,
Aasha ra premko hawa manbharma chhalchha.

Sapana sakaar garna, shakti khaola.

Shri khushi aayali bhavyata, bāchhnuhos sugandhit,

Dashainma haami le paunchhau, parampra chirasthayi.
Aastha ra biswas ka sath, harsh ka sath,

Sukhko dhani, parivarko bagainchama,
Har palko maya, harshka sandeshma.
Tika ko rangma, sara sansar banchha,
Dashainko parvama, naya sandesh lyauna.

Thulabadako aashirwad, sanalai maya,

Jeevanlai sakaratmak banauna, Durga mata chahine,
Hindu dharmako yo harsh ra umangalai sansarma phailaune.

Translation In English By AI: Poem about Dashain:

Dashain has arrived, the festival of joy,
A sweet dream adorned with bliss.
In every heart, there’s worship, and love fills the home,
With family together, there’s a shade of happiness.

Green leaves of jamara in the twilight,
The temple of Goddess Durga is beautifully adorned.
In hand, the sesame oil, a procession of flower garlands,
Preparation of mantras in the vows of Navaratri.

In the month of Ashwin and Kartik, under the moon,
Little children wear the color of gold.
Delicious dishes of various kinds abound,
Winds of hope and love blow all around.

There’s a profound message in the festival of Dashain,
Victory and power hidden within the heart.
Ram and Goddess Durga on the path of well-being,
All hardships fade away in life.

Gathering of family in the garden of love,
Moments of reunion in every moment.
Dashain’s tika, a bag of blessings,
To make dreams come true, unleash the power.

May the grandeur of joy prevail,
In every corner of the home, love’s spirit resides.
Colors of happiness and sweet dishes abound,
In the celebration of Dashain, life’s essence is found.

Protection of dharma, ancient tales,
In Dashain, we find enduring traditions.
With faith and trust, with joy in our hearts,
We dedicate the message of life wholeheartedly.

The rich in happiness, in the garden of family,
With love in every moment, in the message of joy.
In the colors of tika, the whole world thrives,
In the festival of Dashain, bringing new messages.

The blessings of elders, love for the young,
The festival of Dashain, with jamara, tika, and swinging shades.
To make life positive, Goddess Durga is needed,
To spread the joy and auspiciousness of Hinduism in the world.
