- 1 small onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 tsp cumin powder

- Beat eggs separately adding 1 tsp milk or water and fry each as an omelette in 1/2 tbsp of oil.
