ingredients for Moong Dal Pakoda Green Gram Fritters

  • 2 cups of green gram
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Oil or ghee for frying

Process of cooking Moong Dal Pakoda Green Gram Fritters

  • Soak the gram overnight.
  • Drain well.
  • Grind in ii blenders or Silouto.
  • Add other ingredients.
  • Make a round shape on the palm and
  • lay on a flat frying pan till brown on both sides,
  • add oil “if needed.
  • Makes 8 to 10 pieces.
