ingredients to cook Masoor Lentil Dal Soup Recipe

  • 1/2 cups water i tsp oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 tbsp cumine powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • salt to test

 Process to cook Red Lentil Dal Soup Recipe

  • Wash lintel dal,
  • add water, turmeric powder, oil and salt.
  • Boil till dal is well cooked or it can be cooked in pressure cooker.
  • Heat ghee on a saucepan,
  • fry chopped onion till it gets brown,
  • add into the cooked dal, stir well.
  • Serve with rice or roti or as soup.
