It’s Easier To Wear A Mask Than A Ventilator! While there currently has not been a treatment found for this respiratory illness, there have been several studies done to attempt to find a cure for the Coronavirus. In 2020, scientists published results of experiments with a virus that had been developed to attack and destroy a key protein found in lungs of mice, without having any effect on humans.

That experiment did not produce any results however, nor was there success of identifying the exact protein involved in causing Coronavirus symptoms. Additionally, no cure has yet been discovered for the other five known types of Coronaviruses.
