1. Drink a morning glass of water:
In the morning wake up and drink first off a glass of room temperature water. For your taste, you can add one slice of lemon in the water.
Water helps to flush out the toxins which clear our system and increase the rate of metabolism. It also helps in weight reductions.
2. Get enough sleep:
Lack of sleep can cause you to feel tired, lose your concentration, and especially the heart can damage your physical health. It’s said we need 8 hours of sleep a day to recover the energy and improve our metabolism.
3. Exercise in the morning:
