Nepali Gundruk Bhatmas Vegetable Curry Recipe

ingredients to Cook Gundruk Bhatmas Curry Recipe

  • 1/2 cup soya bean (dried)
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to test
  • 1/2 cup gundruk
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • Heat oil in a sauce pan,
  • add soyabean,
  • fry until redish,
  • add turmeric powder and washed gundruk,
  • stir well,
  • add chopped garlic, ginger, chilli powder and salt,
  • stir again and cook lor sometime with cover,
  • then add a cup of water and cook for sometime. (More water can be added if more juice is required.
  • Serves 4. or more.
