  • 1 cup ground meat
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup onion, cut fine
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 inch piece ginger cut fine,
  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Mix well all ingredients except turmeric and oil.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and put in turmeric.
  • Add the meat mixture and stir well.
  • Cook till it is brown.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for some time.
