Cooking Tips to Make Gajar Ko Halwa Recipe

Ingredient for the making Gajar ko Halawa

  1. Carrot: 200 gm
  2. Cashewnut, coconut chopped: 1 tbsp
  3. Raisin: 1 tbsp
  4. Butter or ghee: 2-3 tbsp
  5. Bay leaves: 1-2 left
  6. Sugar: 1 tbsp

Method for making Gajar ko Halawa

  1. First, grate carrots.
  2. Heat butter or ghee in a pan.
  3. Fry grated carrot in it.
  4. Add cashew nuts, coconuts, raisins, cassia, and sugar to it after 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add water or milk to the mixture and cook it until Gajar Ko halwa is ready to serve.

Suggestion:

This jar ko halwa recipe is good as Dashain recipes or tihar recipes or other occasional events for a snack or breakfast.
