Ingredient for the making Gajar ko Haluwa

  1. Carrot : 200 gm
  2. Cashewnut, coconut chopped : 1 tbsp
  3. Raisin : 1 tbsp
  4. Butter or ghee: 2-3 tbsp
  5. Bay leave : 1-2 leave
  6. Sugar   : 1 tbsp

Method for the making Gajar ko Haluwa

  1. First, grate carrots.
  2. Heat butter or ghee in a pan.
  3. Fry grated carrot in it.
  4. Add cashew nuts, coconuts, raisin, cassia and sugar to it after 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add water or milk to the mixture and cook it until Gajar Ko haluwa is ready to serve.

Suggestion:
