- Cashewnut, coconut chopped: 1 tbsp
- Raisin: 1 tbsp
- Butter or ghee: 2-3 tbsp
- Bay leaves: 1-2 left
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
Method for making Gajar ko Halawa
- First, grate carrots.
- Heat butter or ghee in a pan.
- Fry grated carrot in it.
- Add cashew nuts, coconuts, raisins, cassia, and sugar to it after 4-5 minutes.
