  • 2 lbs lean meat
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • Cut meat into strips, about 1-inch thick.
  • Broil well, then cut into squares.
  • Grind ginger and garlic.
  • Mix it with meat and knead well.
